Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a great walk through robe to your own ensuite bathroom.
The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair.

Bedroom 2 is a great sized upper level room with mirrored built in robes, a double bed, desk and chair.

Bedroom 3 is a great sized upper level room with mirrored built in robes, a double bed, desk and chair.

Bedroom 4 is a lower level bedroom and is a great size with mirrored built in robes, a double bed, desk and chair.

There is a modern kitchen with stone bench tops, gas cooktops and a dishwasher. This area is open to the dining area with sliding doors out to the alfresco area and small garden.

With 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, there’s convenience for everyone to get ready and meet their schedules.

Single rooms will have use of the full bathroom on the upper level with shower, bath, toilet.
This bathroom is shared between 3 single occupancy rooms.

The master bedroom has it’s own ensuite bathroom.

There are laundry facilities for you to do your washing with drying airers supplied for convenience.
A toilet is located on the lower level for bedroom 4 and guest use.
