If you are interested in one of our properties you will need to complete the following steps:

• Register with us and view the property at a private or open inspection
• Complete an application form
• Submit your application with copies of required documentation
• Upon acceptance of an application you are required to pay a deposit to secure the lease
• Once your deposit is received we will contact you to arrange signing the documentation and hand over of keys
• Move in and enjoy your new home

Applications are processed within 48 hours given we are able to contact relevant parties to verify details and obtain references
